The Canadian Science Policy Conference has secured a discounted room rate for Conference attendees at the Hyatt Regency Montréal.

A 5% federal tax and a 7.5% provincial tax are applicable on room rates.  A lodging tax of 3.5% of the daily rate, per room, per night is applicable on the room rate.  All rates are subject to applicable taxes at the time of the event.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. A guaranteed reservation is held for arrival until 12:00 noon on the day following the first night reserved. Cancellation of reservation will be accepted up to 3:00 p.m. the day prior to arrival.

You can also call the hotel directly to reserve your sleeping accommodations. Identify yourself as a Canadian Science Policy Conference Attendee to receive the discounted room rate.

Reservations made after the cut-off date or after the group room block has been filled (whichever comes first) will be accepted on a space-and-rate-availability basis. Rooms are limited, so please book early.
