Susan McCahan

Bio: 

Susan McCahan is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto. She is currently the Vice-Provost Academic Programs and the Vice-Provost, Innovations in Undergraduate Education at the University of Toronto. Previously, she had the position of Vice Dean, Undergraduate and before that the Chair of First Year in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto. In her current role, Prof. McCahan chairs the Forum on Experiential Learning at the University of Toronto and her office facilitates development of Work-Integrated Learning opportunities at the University. She also works closely with the Vice-Provost Students in areas such as community partnered learning and undergraduate research opportunities.
